Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as a test run?
A test run is one full execution of your generated test suite against a target environment. If your spec has 50 endpoints, running all of them counts as a single test run.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Absolutely. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan — no credit card required. At the end of the trial you can continue on Pro or drop to Starter.
Do you support on-premise deployments?
Enterprise customers can deploy SpecGuard in their own cloud or on-premise environment. Contact our sales team for details on self-hosted options.
What API spec formats do you support?
SpecGuard supports OpenAPI 3.x (JSON/YAML), Postman Collections v2.1, and GraphQL introspection schemas. We also support learning from live traffic recordings.
